Item 1 — Damage / Defect Details

You will need to provide at least 1 close-up picture and at least 1 picture a few feet away to show where the issue is in relation to the piece. You may also upload a video. If you are reporting an issue with a mattress, you must include a photo of the attached law tag.

Disclaimer: Your request will be reviewed by one of our warranty specialists within 24–48 hours. Your manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing or delivery damages/defects. It does not cover customer-caused damage or general wear and tear. If it qualifies, Ashley reserves the right to service, rather than exchange, the merchandise at no cost to the guest. Services may include part orders and repairs performed by an Ashley-certified specialist. If repairs can be made, you are not entitled to exchanges or reselections, and we reserve the right to verify the condition and nature of any damages before offering resolution. Repaired merchandise is still covered for the remainder of your 1-year manufacturer warranty period. Floor sample, take with, and clearance merchandise are sold "As-Is" and are not covered by manufacturers' warranties. Tempur-Pedic mattresses and all adjustable bases are covered by manufacturer warranties, but are not serviced by Ashley. Please contact the manufacturer directly to report a claim.
