FDE is an independently owned and operated Ashley® licensee. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

In-store purchases and customer interactions
Delivery, logistics, and service coordination
Protection plans and warranty administration
Local marketing communications, including email and SMS
FDE-operated, stand-alone websites that do not offer ecommerce functionality

IMPORTANT: This Privacy Policy does not apply to transactions conducted on Ashley.com or the Ashley® mobile application. All ecommerce transactions and data collected through those platforms are governed by Ashley Global Retail, LLC's privacy policy, available at ashleyfurniture.com/privacy-policy.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Data collected in connection with our SMS program may include your mobile phone number, your wireless carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. We use this information solely to provide you with the Service and as described in these Terms.

We send SMS communications only to our existing customer base. We do not use SMS messaging for abandoned cart messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also recognize: END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
